Facility Amenities

Brookside is located on a 10-acre plot of land that offers a park-like setting situated along Ray Brook with gardens, patios and fields. The building includes the Historic Manning House, a large sanctuary, small chapel, and multiple classrooms or conference spaces. The facility also includes an industrial kitchen, cooks kitchen, performance stage, and banquet hall. Amenities on-site include elevator access, tables, chairs, bathrooms, whiteboards, AV, and sound equipment.

Our site also has ample parking with up to 102 vehicle capacity, ADA access and the ability to support a parking pad event. Parking is included in the cost of Venue Event Space. ​​​​​​

  • Larger restroom area with stalls in proximity 

  • Ramp and elevator available for accessibility 

  • Group size may require fire detail fee

Downstairs with table and chairs, seating capacity of up to 380 people: $400 to $750

For larger area gathering with up to 300+ people capacity: $750
